Moderating the event is DMC’s Marketing Manager, Jessica Mlinaric. In her 12+ years as a marketing professional, Jessica has gained extensive experience in content marketing, brand management, and strategy for search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). Jessica serves as the co-chair of the CSIA Marketing Committee. She has previously presented on digital marketing and led an expert marketing panel at the CSIA Executive Conference.

CSIA 2019 new board of directors announcement

DMC’s Founder and CEO, Frank Riordan, was named a new member of the board. Frank and DMC have been members of CSIA for over a decade, and DMC has been CSIA certified since 2009.

“I’m excited to give back to a community that has served me so well over the years,” said Riordan. “It is truly an honor to have the opportunity to contribute to this association.”

Introducing the CSIA Board

Frank joins additional board members including new Treasurer Adrian Fahey, CEO of SAGE Automation based in Tonsley, Australia, and new members Karen Griffin, Controls and Automation Division Leader at Hargrove Controls + Automation in Mobile, Alabama; and Greg Young, Director of Business Development at Automation NTH in Lavergne, Tennessee. 

They join current board members Howard Huffman, CEO of Huffman Engineering, Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Stephen Malyszko, President and CEO of Malisko Engineering, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri.

Luigi De Bernardini, CEO of Autoware, S.R.L. headquartered in Vicenza, Italy, was named the chair of the board. He succeeds Jeff Miller, Director of Project Management of Interstates Control Systems, Inc. in Sioux Center, Iowa, who remains on the board as immediate past chair.
