Currently, we are about 170 people strong, with 8 locations nationwide. Plus, for the sixth consecutive year, DMC was named one of Chicago’s “Best Places to Work” by Crain’s Chicago Business.  We are always looking for talented individuals that can help us continue to be a great place to solve real-world problems and make DMC an even better place to work.

Who are we?

DMC is a project-based engineering consulting company offering software and engineering services to wide-ranging industries and companies. Our motto is “Smart People. Expert Solutions.” We use this primary principle to guide our company’s core values and deliver expert solutions to our clients.

What do we do?

We are a technology solutions company that focuses on providing custom software development and engineering services to manufacturing, testing, and product development organizations throughout the world. Our projects vary in their size, industries served, and technologies used. We aren’t tied to any particular hardware or software platforms. This ensures our team members have the freedom to find the best solutions for our clients.

The DMC Advantage:

Our team works with the latest innovations in nanotech, robotics, motion control, machine vision systems, and more. The DMC team has face to face contact with our customers, allowing them to develop sales and project management skills.

There’s a great benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage as well as 401K matching, generous paid vacation time, and a well-stocked kitchen full of snacks. We maintain an active company culture; DMC hosts many fun activities and outings, where participation by all employees is encouraged!

FOMO is real – Don’t miss us!

We want to meet you! We’ll be stopping at schools all over the U.S. this fall to meet engineers just like you.

Please submit your resume through your school’s database, not our website, to be considered for an on-campus interview.
